How to measure your jacket
- Chest: Lay the jacket flat, measure across the chest from underarm seam to underarm seam, then double that measurement.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.

Returns+
JXR Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests for items that don’t fit, items supplied in the wrong size, and defective or damaged products. Eligible returns are free.
15-day return window
Contact us at mybusinessinbox76@gmail.com within 15 calendar days after delivery to request a return.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for reasons other than sizing, except where required by applicable law.
Return conditions
Items returned for sizing reasons must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with any original tags attached. Trying an item on to check the fit is allowed.
For defective or damaged items, these condition requirements do not apply to the extent that the defect or damage prevents you from meeting them.
How to request a return
Email us with:

The item you want to return.

A description of the sizing issue or defect.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, photos showing the issue and the size label, where reasonably possible.
We will review your request and provide return instructions, the correct return address, and a prepaid return label or another return method paid for by JXR.
Please contact us before shipping anything back. Do not use the address on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Free eligible returns
JXR covers return shipping for approved returns under this policy. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any limits imposed by our suppliers do not reduce the return benefits we promise you here.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. We will issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Approved refunds include the returned item’s purchase price and applicable taxes. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard shipping charge.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
